Mize and Associates offers the following competitive rates:
Therapy (rates effective 2010)
- $80 per hour speech/language sessions
- $60 per 45-minute speech/language sessions
- $40 per half-hour speech/language sessions
- Parent consultations are charged at the same rate as therapy.
Tutoring services are an out-of-pocket expense
- $50 per 50-minute session
Speech and Myofunctional Screenings: $100
Evaluations
All evaluations include testing time, written report, recommendations and consultation with the client and/or parent. Evaluations are charged per tests given, and rates vary.
Autism Language Groups
- $20 for 30-minute group session
Mize and Associates does not accept credit cards or third-party payments. For clients wishing to be reimbursed by their insurance company (not all insurance companies cover speech therapy), procedure codes can be included on invoices; however, we do not file insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service for initial screenings and evaluations. Ongoing therapy is billed at the end of each month.
